Admission Policy
Hancock Christian Academy admits students of all racial, ethnic, and national backgrounds, granting them full access to the rights, privileges, programs, and activities available to all enrolled students. We are committed to a non-discriminatory policy in administering our educational programs, admissions process, scholarships, athletics, and all other school-administered initiatives.
Admission is extended to students who agree to uphold our standards for attendance, conduct, academics, and financial obligations, provided our institution can adequately support their educational needs and their family aligns with our mission and our statement of faith. As part of the admissions process, we meet with all prospective families and review the student’s academic records, attendance history, standardized test scores, and other relevant information.
We are excited to share some news about enhancing our financial aid application process. In our commitment to providing the best support for our school community, we have partnered with BeneFAQ, a highly commendable financial aid verification organization owned by SchoolRIGHT, LLC. BeneFAQ specializes in supporting Christian and other private school families, recognizing the significance you place on providing a quality education for your child. We are pleased to collaborate with them in this area of expertise.
Throughout the application process, you will be asked to provide necessary financial information, including details on income, expenses, assets, and debts. You will also be prompted to upload specific documentation, such as tax information and pay statements. Using this data, BeneFAQ will generate a FACT Report (Family Anticipated Contribution Total). This report is instrumental in helping us make informed decisions regarding financial award determinations.
